Positive: The property has all the facilities you need, including an iron, a fully equipped kitchen, an ironing board, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a hair dryer and clothes dryer. The apartment is clean and well-kept, and there is a bar downstairs where you can eat and drink good coffee (you can't hear anyone there at all, it's very quiet). The view is spectacular. Access is not a problem. There is a Coop store nearby and more stores in the city. The host speaks English well and is very helpful. I recommend it 10/10.
