Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The bed is super comfy and has cut cat themed bedding. The checkin process was smooth and the owner pleasent. The room is spacious and there is a cute cat in the apartment. In general this place is good bang for your buck, specially considering the proximity to the beach. I assume that the rather bad reviews came from people that didn't realize that you arent getting the entire apartment and that this is more of a classic bnb. There is also a seperate key for your room. Idk what that other review is on about.

Negative: You dont get your own bathroom, you are sharing it with the owner, not really a problem since it is nice and clean. The shutters infront of the window are a bit annoying to operate. The booking.com listing does not make very clear that this is just a room in a shared apartment.
