The Space:
Fen Street has a spacious and bright open plan living, kitchen and dining room. Perfect for unwinding after a busy day, this space boasts a comfy sofa and flat screen TV so you can really relax. Also sharing this room is the fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster. You can make the most of your self-catering stay as the property also benefits from a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The dining area features a table and stylish, grey chairs.
You'll find one bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom boasts a single bed, while there is also a downstairs WC available.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you'll find two super-king bedrooms. Both beds are zip and link so can be split into single beds upon request prior to your arrival. You'll also find a modern en suite shower room from one of the bedrooms.
Head to the second floor and you’ll find a further two bedrooms. One bedroom boasts a super-king size bed and the other bedroom features a double. Please note the king size bed can be made into two singles if this is more suitable for your stay and can be requested prior to your arrival. Each bedroom at Fen Street has plush bedding and premium bed linens so every care has been taken to ensure you have the best night’s sleep.
The family bathroom, located on the top floor, is modern and clean. A bathtub with an overhead shower, a WC and basin complete the space.
Outside you’ll find a family-friendly garden. There is a patio area where you can morning coffees, along with a grassed area.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Fen Street are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles at the rear of the property.

Milton Keynes is 40 minutes from London and 30 minutes from London Luton Airport. It has a stop on the West Coast Mainline, so you’ll be easily connected to Scotland, North West and the capital when visiting the city.
The city also has frequent bus routes running throughout to it couldn’t be easier to get around Milton Keynes.
