Positive: I decided to take my five grandkids (ages 8–16) on a little getaway while their parents were out of town—and let’s just say, expectations were high 😄. We needed plenty of beds, separate space for the teenagers, and a pool was absolutely non-negotiable. The Ledges was perfect. The layout couldn’t have been better—three bedrooms plus a loft with four full-size bunk beds and a twin bunk gave everyone their own space (and kept the peace!). The garage was stocked with games the kids loved, and I claimed the upper deck as my spot—fire going, cozy vibes, and a little quiet time. We had the best stay and truly enjoyed every minute. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Negative: The curb going onto driveway.. if you have a lower car it would definitely scrap the bottom. Had to go in and out at an angle to protect the car.
