Positive: Very clean, comfortable house right on the water the place its self was lovely.

Negative: The upstairs neighbor that sounded like they was having a dance party all night every night by stomping on the floors and offering my minor brother tequila when we first got there

Summary: It was great besides the upstairs neighbors
