My goal in curating this space was to stand out and apart, and give our guests an immaculate home with great amenities that we know they want. We love how peaceful it is at sunset in the backyard. There are no homes behind so you have a big beautiful Nevada sky to enjoy. You can take a dip in the pool year around with privacy to enjoy a couples retreat or hang with family and friends. If you are coming for sports events, to see family or visit the boundless nature of Southern Nevada and even Arizona, this is a perfect spot. "

Beautiful quiet community with a large green park with shaded areas. Easy access to the River Mountain Loop trail system
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking.
Pool heating is available for $60 per night (minimum of $180 per stay to cover the gas cost). Can be decided 7 days before arrival
*There are 2 security cameras in the property:
1 located at Doorbell
1 located in Front (facing the street)
All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
We just have 5 easy rules:
1) No Parties! If you think it might be a party, it probably is but feel free to message us to clarify. Noise, excessive cars and excessive guests (more than allowed) typically is what constitutes a party.
2) Do not park in front of any neighbors house
3) Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am (the city doesn't allow any outdoor activities during quiet hours, and fines $1000 for violations). If you want to hang out late at night, the good news is the Strip is awesome for that, but with residential neighbors this is a big rule, and applies to all short term rentals (some just don't tell you about it in advance.
4) Pets MUST be approved in writing. There is a $150 per pet fee for a maximum of 2 pets. Guest is responsible for 100% of any damage and cleanup of pet waste. Barking or noise complaints by neighbors due to barking may result in immediate cancellation of stay.
5) No Smoking! Yes, you can smoke outside only. Weed is legal in Nevada, and you can smoke outside, but remember you're in a neighborhood which may have kids, just be reasonable with how much you smoke as it does travel far, and we don't want neighbor complaints.
