The Discovery Shuttle tent is the only tent that has its own private parking spot next to the tent. It is a perfect mix of luxury and wild camping. The Shuttle comes with everything needed for you to have a comfortable stay.
Our launch pad is located directly on Hwy-118 just 10 minutes away from Big Bend National Park and 15 minutes away from the ghost town.
Your space comes fully equipped with a memory foam queen bed, fridge, fan, power outlets and lasers to light up your ceiling with moving nebulas.
We have outdoor toilets and hot showers. We will provide you with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please remember that water in the desert is very scarce, please limit your showers to 5 minutes.
We have propane heaters that you can borrow that use 1lb propane tanks. We can also provide you with drinks, snacks, firewood and beauty and healthcare items from our store.

Summary: Loved this little spot. Stayed with my husband, our two teen son's and small dog. It was a little hike to our camp so I recommend packing lightly or bring a wagon to carry stuff up. We stayed in a dome which does get warm in the sun so either request an extra fan or bring one( note: because of a fire the camp was running on generators during our stay, so I believe there will be air conditioning once every thing is rebuilt). There are two flush toilets and two showers and an out door sink, all very clean. The host was there all day and late into the night if you need anything and he is super nice. The view from our spot was awesome and you can hike little farther up to get prim sun set and star watching. The camp is only about 10-15 from Big Bend and right down the road from Ghost Town and a bunch of restaurants. Awesome spot and and highly recommend.
