Welcome to 10 Sparkleberry Court! This beautiful custom-built home with long range mountain and lake views features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With 2 queen bed master suites, 2 additional rooms with queen beds, and a room with 2 twin beds, this spacious mountain home is perfect for large families or groups.
The main level of this home features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and a gas log fireplace. It also boasts a large dining room with ample seating and a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, dining wear, and a standard drip coffee pot. Around the corner from the kitchen is the laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer. Off the main floor, there is a spacious back deck with long-range mountain and lake views. There is even a gas log fireplace outside, perfect for cool mountain evenings.
Two bedrooms sit on the main level of this home. The first bedroom contains 2 twin beds, while the other is a queen master suite complete with a walk-in shower. Between these two bedrooms is an additional bathroom.
Downstairs, you will find an additional living area with a sectional couch and flat screen TV. A second deck is accessible from this level with additional outdoor entertainment space. One of the highlights of this floor is its movie room, complete with a full media center, projector screen, and lounge chairs. There are also three bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom is another queen master suite with an attached bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and share a bathroom.

Summary: We had a lovely visit to Bear Lake Reserve to celebrate Thanksgiving! 10 Sparkleberry Court was the perfect place for us to celebrate the holiday together. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed the amenities at the Lake Club including pontoon boat rental and special dinner by the fire. Very windy roads to the resort so beware! Much better driving those roads during the day! Three critiques: 4 coffee mugs in the house was an issue for 10 coffee drinkers. They need MANY more! Garbage can was secured for bears but even 3 PhDs couldn’t figure out how to open it. Also, don’t expect to watch TV unless you stream. Not great for World Cup or Thanksgiving day football. Family time was more important but would have been nice to have.
