This home in Broadkill Beach overlooking the marsh has sunset views that will take your breath away. Enjoy a fun day on the beach (just a block from the house) and then relax on one of the decks or screened porch for an evening game or dinner. The owners have thought of all the conveniences when furnishing this comfortable beach house. This home will definitely be on your list for return vacations to Broadkill. Owner will do less than a full week in the off season. Ask your agent for details.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started off with not being able to get into the house! Apparently, the cleaning people dislodged the remote signal for the lock. We waited for someone to come with a key. Just a mistake. The house was clean. The house is unloved. This is a house where people own it as an investment, but don’t care about it.Was very disappointed that we couldn’t see the nature reserve because of the overgrown trees blocking the view to the right. The whole purpose of staying on that side of the street is to enjoy nature!We were also disappointed that the only living room furniture was very soft couches with no support. We got so desperate for decent seating we brought in the plastic Adirondack chairs from the deck, found some old pillows from broken chairs on the downstairs porch and sat on them.Would we go back? No. There’s better choices of houses that are loved
