We are excited to offer this wonderful property, Paddlers Paradise & Reel Em Inn, premier properties offered through Vacay Away!
These beautifully appointed waterfront homes, feature 12 bedrooms, 8.5 baths & allows you to enjoy all the Shenandoah River has to offer, all while enjoying the stylish and newly renovated accommodations in the home.
These expansive properties boast unbelievable space for your family and friends. Direct river access (both properties are riverfront and right next to each other) for tubing, kayaking, lounging, and fishing. this listing features two beautifully renovated homes, located side-by-side for ease and convenience of gathering while still providing space and privacy for multi-generational or large gatherings. The homes feature multi-acreage flat yards and heated pool (pool heat optional and additional fee) for outdoor relaxation. There is a screened-in gazebo with deck overlooking the Shenandoah River with stunning views and fishing adventures for days. We have a deck overlooking the river, front and back porch to take in the views, fire pit and easy access to all that Shenandoah Valley has to offer! The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.

*Above ground pool with decking (seasonal), pool heat optional ($400/week)
*Stylishly furnished bedrooms and bathrooms, freshly painted, new lighting, updated kitchen and new flooring, tiled showers throughout!
*All bedrooms feature high rated mattresses, luxurious bedding, All linens provided (please bring pool and river towels)
* Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an abundance of cabinetry, custom-built wood countertops. Fully stocked with drip coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, plates, cups, wine glasses, silverware, cookware, pots and pans, etc!
*Propane BBQ grill and Large Firepit!
*Enjoy coffee/wine on the screened-in porch.
*Starlink internet for better speed, smart TVs

THERE IS TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO ATV'S OR DIRT BIKES AT THIS HOME! THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DRIVEN ON THE ROADS.
We allow pets but there is a $35/night per pet fee which we will request separately.
