Quiet 1BR 1 BTH home that is the front half of a detached duplex. Located in the Judson neighborhood within 5 minutes of the west side of downtown Greenville, St. Francis Hospital, and Greenville Memorial Hospital. The home is one story with a great outdoor porch that allows for eating and socializing outside during your stay. Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need to make any basic meal.
Our house is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Greenville and have a quiet, safe place to rest their head at night to recoop after enjoying our awesome city.
There is parking located directly in front of the house as well on the back side of the house (house allows for 2 cars). We will send out a picture of where to park the day before your arrival.
Judson is a community in the west side of downtown Greenville. It's location is perfect because it's not too far from Downtown Greenville and is just a hop and skip away from St. Francis and Greenville Memorial.
I would recommend your own vehicle or rental during your stay.
There is a back unit that is not attached to this house. It is a completely separate building but there will be another guest on property in a different unit. The other guest will need to pull down shared driveway in order to reach the back unit.
If you are planning on bringing a pet, please inquire as to what the pet fee is for having your pet stay with you! Unfortunately, we cannot allow all pets due to the insurance we carry so you will need to state the breed and age of of any pet accompanying you during your stay. Pet may not disturb anyone on property during stay.
We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone.
