NUMBER OF GUESTS:
ONLY A MAXIMUM OF 8 people is allowed! NO OUTSIDE guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly after 10pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors.
POOL:
Enjoy our private pool. There is no heating function on the pool or spa. No drinks or food in the pool. No glass in pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk!
CLEANING:
Please respect our property and leave the property in the clean condition it was in. If the property is left trashed, there will be an additional $500 cleaning fee. Do not use towels to remove Makeup or Dry newly dyed hair.
NO PETS:
Pets are not allowed in rental property, if pets are discovered additional clean fees and flea extermination by a professional third-party company will be charged to the card on file, starting at $250.
