Master bedroom has queen bed, dresser and closet. 2nd bedroom has day bed with trundle and dresser. 2nd bedroom also has ensuite bathroom with stand up shower. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. Living room has 1 queen sleeper sofa with an extra sofa and flat screen television. Kitchen has been remodeled. Kitchen is completely stocked with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender and microwave. Dining table seats 4. Washer and dryer are available for renters to use. Large furnished screen porch with television to relax after a day at the beach. WIFI is also available. Washer and dryer are out on the screened porch in closet. Owner has a brand new propane grill for renters to use. Short walk to the beach. It also has a Concrete driveway. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but you can purchase linen package.
