Summary: The apartment was fine, unfortunately, it was the experience with the letting agency that let the whole process down. We had been informed that check in was at 4 and the office was open at 4.30. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival, we were sent an email that arrived at 1.45, stating that the office was closing at 1.30. We had ordered sheets and towels to use and obviously were unable to collect them. We spent an uncomfortable night sleeping on our beach towels.
