Once a 1900’s neighborhood store in Franklinville's mill village, our house has been thoughtfully renovated. We're a block from the Deep River and the Deep River Greenway - playground, hiking, biking, and fishing.
Franklinville is an historic mill town along the Deep River. A Textile Museum is coming soon to the old mill ruins roughly 0.2 miles from the property. The Deep River Greenway with 7 miles of hiking and biking trails is one block away. The Greenway area features a large playground and picnic area.
We are 13 miles from the NC Zoo in Asheboro and 9 miles from antique galleries and dining in Asheboro downtown.
