Elegant semi-detached house with barbecue, private garden and community pool; located in Miami Playa, 2,700 meters from Miami beach and 17 km from the tourist town of Cambrils, in a quiet urbanization with a huge 14 X 7 meter community pool and a large community green area. The house, distributed over two floors, has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, an office kitchen and a living room with an open terrace on the ground floor that gives access to a private garden. On the ground floor there is the open kitchen, the dining room, a room with two single beds and a private garden. On the upper floor there is the bathroom and from the double room there is access to a terrace of 7 square meters.
It is fully equipped and pleasantly decorated, it has a private outdoor barbecue area, next to the garden.
