Our Tour de Lac apartment is modern, stylish and delivers all the comforts you would need for a fantastic stay in the heart of Lavachet. It sits at the foot of one of the pistes allowing you to ski back to the door, and is just 50 metres from the Quick Access ski track meaning you are just a short ski away from the Lavachet learner piste and the Chaudannes and Paquis chair lifts. We are ready to welcome up to 6 guests to our apartment to enjoy the mountains and all that Tignes has to offer!
The apartment is 55m2 and is on the 7th floor of the Tour de Lac building with a private ski locker located on the ground floor. There is an elevator lift accessing all floors of the building. As you enter the apartment into the hallway there are large built-in wardrobes on the left providing lots of storage. As you turn right there is a master bathroom with full size bath, wall mounted shower attachment, vanity unit and washing machine. There is a seperate WC with hand basin.
The master bedroom has a large double bed of 160cm wide x 190cm long and there is plenty of storage in the built in wardrobes. There is also a private balcony off this bedroom facing North West.
The second bedroom can sleep 4 people, there are two fold down single beds (185cm long x 80cm wide) plus a standard double bed (190cm long x 140cm wide). *Please note that the fold down single beds are raised off the ground and accessible by ladder. Therefore they are not suitable for children under 6 years old* When not in use the single beds can be folded away.
There is a second bathroom just off this bedroom which includes a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
The open plan kitchen is very well equipped including built in oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, cafetière, fridge with separate freezer compartment. It includes plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cookware for a self catered stay.
There is an extendable dining table that will comfortably sit a group of 6 people for meals.
For entertainment there’s a flat screen TV and DVD player with a play station. There is also a free and private WiFi connection in the apartment.
The main living area of the apartment faces South West and up towards the Grand Motte glacier and has a balcony with lovely views across the village and the surrounding mountains.
