Our apartment is a home from home. It has all you require for a good holiday, be it eating on the balcony or frequenting the local restaurants the choice is yours. Sun bathe at the apartment/ complex all day or stroll 5 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach. The welcome pack includes water, milk, coffee, tea bags .The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom fully fitted , one twin bedroom fully fitted,fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine .Fully fitted kitchen with full oven, 4 ring hob and large fridge freezer, .Living room has CD player, DVD player, flat screen TV with English channels BBC,ITV RTE etc ,WiFi and a good, varied selection of books. Balcony has views of the sea and the wonderful Lanzarote sun, it comes furnished with table & chairs and sun loungers. .There is a small safe in the apartment and a hairdryer.
Towels and sheets are changed weekly.
There are two pools in the complex: One adult pool with a graduated deep end to over 6 feet, one children's pool and plenty of sunbeds at both pools. The apartment is on the first floor. The complex is on the flat, no hills to climb.
There is a large Spar shop to the left of the complex, the restaurants ,shops and bars are only a few minutes walk .Arrecife is the only airport on the island and is about 15 minutes from the apartment. Taxis are easily available outside the airport and cost approx €15 to the apartment. Car hire is available from the airport or along the new town but is not essential to get around. Taxis are cheap and available 24 hours. There are also local buses to Puerto Calero, Playa Blanca and Arreciffe.
Bookings should be made in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. If you find that the apartment is booked for the time you want it, we may be able to accommodate you in another apartment .
