There are 2 houses on the property. Sits outside Laurie, MO on the 39th mile marker (a beautiful and quiet part of the lake).

From the huge patio, you walk into an open living and dining space with a sprawling kitchen w/island. 4 private bedrooms (3 with king-sized beds and 1 with 3 bunkbeds for the kids). 2 full bathrooms (1 with walk-in shower and 1 with a tub).
Little house:
Full kitchen and 2 living spaces. Great view of the lake and sunset off the back deck! 1 bedroom with king-sized bed. Second living room has 2 bunk beds and a queen-sized fold out couch. 1.5 bathrooms.

There are 2 entrances to the property allowing for drivers to drive-through instead of reverse out. There is ample parking and a lock box with the key for access to the house.
