Positive: Very close to local shops and to all the parks as well as Florida Mall.
Negative: I did expect a safe at the location to lock valuables away. I was given a solution to lock my valuables away but would have really preferred a safe.
Summary: Very homely location and very quiet had a peaceful stay as community is gated.
