Positive: Very quiet, relaxing, secluded yet quick & easy to drive in and out of town on excursions (closely connected to main road) as well as simple walking in & out of Los Cristianos for beaches, restaurants and shops (even with small kids). Supermarket is very close for self catering, which we did every day thanks to the extensive facilities in the apartment. The pool is great and we usually had it to ourselves.
Negative: There could be more of the basic kit provided like soaps, toilet paper, tablets/salt/rinse aid for dishwasher, and cloths for making cleaning the kitchenette easier.
Summary: An excellent location for a relaxing family holiday in Tenerife
