Summary: Some places have a business strategy that the profit from overbooking the place is higher than the cost of poor reviews when travelers are rejected due to overbooking. To fulfill my purpose in this strategy, I hereby contribute my poor report as I was moved from my booked location (near my meeting commitments) to another location on the other side of town. It was 2 in the morning when I arrived and was informed, and I would spend $100s on taxis extra due to this “we have oversold” strategy. Why not 1 star? Staff was very civil, and the gym was really good. Maybe 1.5 as then apartment decor matched the stylishness of the Chernobyl TV series, in terms of designer affection and engagement. This is my first irate review ever, but as mentioned, that is likely a consideration by the company running the venues.
