Private entrance to second story condo. Private living space and patios. Pool area, gym, and outdoor areas are shared with residents.
Guest access
Entrance codes and parking spot number to be provided by host prior to guest arrival. One covered parking spot will be provided. Additional parking is available, but only in the non-covered parking areas. No trailers or RV parking. License plate/description is needed for any vehicle that may be parking in the designated covered parking spot as the HOA does monitor this for our existing residents.
