Fully furnished 3rd floor 2BR/2BA 1189 SF condominium. Smart TVs, cable, internet and utilities included. Oceans Atrium is a secure building with a 12-story atrium lobby and 2 elevators. A key card is required to enter building. Located in safe and quiet town of Daytona Beach Shores which is only a few miles away from the activity of Daytona Beach city itself. Master bedroom has king size bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has been used as office and has a queen size murphy bed.
Updated kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and stainless steel refrigerator. Convenience of a full-size washer/dryer and dishwasher located in the unit. The property features numerous amenities, including an indoor heated pool, oceanfront pool, exercise room and hot tub. The building has secure reserved underground parking along with plenty of guest parking on the upper deck. Conveniently located directly across the street from Publix and Walgreens. One block from Community Center which has pickleball and tennis courts. Bus stop located beside building.
Unit has dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, pots, pans, utensils, dual coffee maker for full pot or individual cup, air fryer, large and small crock pot, waffle maker, blender, hand mixer and toaster. There is also an assortment of spices available for cooking. Bath towels, sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, board games and pickleball equipment provided.

This is a private residence and not a hotel. Owner lives here 6 months of the year. There is no housekeeping service. Vacuum cleaner in unit. Starter supply of toilet paper/paper towel and laundry detergent provided.
