Pet Policy: Quiet gentle pets with very responsible owners are welcome at some units. Pets which may be intimidating to others such as Pit bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Sheppard are unacceptable. All pets must be registered with the landlord. All pet owners must clean pet odor from the apartment beyond detection before departure.
a. Pets may be kept and must be treated in a humane manner at all times.
b. There is a public Dog Park across the street within Washington Park for your convenience.
c. Dogs larger than a lap size must be caged at an area away from the immediate apartment's door when left alone during any daily period.
d. Your pet must be walked before leaving for work.
e. Dogs may not be left for longer periods of time without care or supervision. If you plan to leave your dog for a period longer than any 6 to 8 hours, you must make sure someone is caring for your dog/s. There are plenty of reputable dog walking services available in Albany.
f. Tenants are absolutely forbidden from washing pets in the bath. Violators will be fined $250.00 for the first violation and $500.00 for a second violation and $1000 for a third violation. Additionally, Tenant will be held responsible for all immediate and subsequent future plumbing damages. Second time violators may be held in default of the rules of short term stay, decided by the Landlord’s sole discretion
Non-refundable Pet fee for under 45 lbs:
First pet $100
second pet $150 pet fee.
Non-refundable first Pet fee for larger pets above 45 lbs if the pet is acceptable is $250.
Pet Fees are pet residency and not pet security deposit. The owners are fully responsible for all damages and/or soiling and/or disturbances.
Noise code: Guests must keep level of noice down, contained within the rains of their own apartment not to disturb other guests.
