Positive: Hause is great, looks exactly as on the pictures. There is a large living room, well equipped kitchen with dining room, toilet (with washing machine) downstairs and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower) upstairs. House is located in small, cozy village. There are a lot of bicycle paths with breathtaking views. So I truly recommend the place.
Negative: Novasol AS is the worst housekeeping company, I had ever met. 1. Not all cost were included in the offer on the Booking. 2. In the house there was no information that we need to turn on heating for the water, so we needed to take a freezing cold shower, as it was turned off when we arrived. We needed to investigate by ourselves how to resolve the issue. 3. There was no information when we can find the password to the wi-fi and password was not in visible place (Novasol AS didn’t respond for my message when I asked where we can find it). 4. After coming I realized that one bed is broken and I reported it to Novasol and ask for help. As the answer I received the number to call center, where noone was responding. 5. On the second day Novasol AS send me an email with information, that carpenter will come next day at 8 am to fix dishwasher doors. They did not ask do I have any plans or will someone be at house that time. Me and my family needed to change our plans and were waiting for the carpenter for 2 hours. Noone came. My kids were disappointed as they lost half day of planned trip. 6. Communication and information flow with Novasol AS was complicated, sometimes they wrote on Booking, sometimes an e-mail (as this one about carpenter) and sometimes there was some “automatic mails” which I found in SPAM folder. 7. Small details as lack of soap in the bathrooms or lack of toilet paper I will leave as we took ours, but it was not nice.
