A short walk to the beach, approx. 120 yards - beach equipment is provided - beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc.
The home encompasses two floors with the primary bedroom and guest bedrooms on the top floor and a king bedroom and full bath on the ground floor.
The pool area is very private with an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and sun loungers.
The second floor has a rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a second outdoor dining table.
There are ocean kayaks and bicycles at the home for guest's to enjoy
Approx 15 min drive to Fort Lauderdale, and the same to Boca Raton
