The Space:
Indulge in the peace and tranquility of this gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with stunning mountain and forest views. Make the most of your night with the fire pit in the backyard, perfect for roasting s'mores and sharing adventure stories. This house will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends wanting to share an intimate vacation getaway.
Upon entrance to the home, you will see the family room highlighted with floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of natural lighting. Comfortable seating awaits where you can enjoy each other's company while cozying up next to the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace. The foosball table in the family room is sure to bring out some fun-friendly competition in your group. Watch your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV as you unwind for the night.
The spacious fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need to cook a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner and tell stories of your fun-filled day in the dining area with enough seating for 6. Don't forget to enjoy the expansive backyard with plenty of seating and a bbq gas grill perfect for an afternoon cookout with your loved ones.
You will have access to all 4 bedrooms as you head upstairs for a night of peaceful rest. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with gorgeous views of Tenderfoot mountain and the Keystone golf course. The master en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a modern design you're sure to love. The second bedroom features a unique layout with a customized full-over queen bunk bed and a tent. The top bunk can be reached by a ladder, perfect for the member of your group that wants a mini adventure before heading to bed. The third bedroom at the end of the hall has a full-size bed and a desk with plenty of storage. The fourth bedroom is located in a nook with a small set of stairs leading to a beautifully designed room with a queen-size bed and small lounge seating. The full bathroom, shared between the 3 rooms, has a walk-in shower and a single vanity.
A washer and dryer are available for your washing needs on the main floor of the house, located between the family room and kitchen.

Getting Around:
Dillon offers the Summit Stage Free bus that will give you access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and the surrounding areas. Dillon and Silverthorne's downtown is a quick 10-minute drive from the house. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that there is a long term tenant living in the lock off below the home. The driveway is shared with the tenant, but all other amenities are private for guests only.
Summit County may place a fire ban from time to time to prevent wildfires. This limits the use of the fire pit, unfortunately. Please ask us if a fire ban is in place ahead of time if you plan on using the fire pit.
There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door for security purposes.
