4-room apartment of 115 m² on the ground floor of a villa surrounded by olive, orange, lemon and mimosa trees located less than 2 km from the beaches of the Côte d'Azur and downtown Menton , and at the beginning of the valley which leads to the famous village of Sainte Agnès, the highest coastal village in Europe.
The countryside in town! Parking on the property. Terrace with 8-person table, deckchairs and south-west facing barbecue which will allow you to enjoy the sun all year round.
All comforts, including sheets, towels, iron, hair dryer, wifi and cleaning at the end of the stay.

Summary: Raymond took care of us from start to finish, from greeting us to sharing his fresh picked oranges and lemons. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city with a bus stop right across the street that brings you right downtown. The three good sized bedrooms were more than enough for our family of five and even my mom at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family and hope to visit again🙂
