This 3000 Sqf luxury vacation house includes 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 4th bedroom has a master bed with attached bathroom, the 5th bedroom has a queen bed and the 6th bedroom has a queen bed. There is also 2 queen air mattress bed available, which is very comfortable, so this house can sleep a total of 16 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. There is specious game area with a plenty of games. There is a covered patio with sitting area, BBQ grill, plenty of private parking space and a private deck with BBQ grill.
I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn. Enjoy the privacy of the private deck with mature Texas Oaks Tree. Play fun board games in the well equipped living room, not to forget the professional BBQ grill, that is waiting only for you. I can assure you will Iove it!
You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids.

Summary: The house was much older than photos revealed. Although the person we were in contact with was responsive during our stay and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. He/She did not reply to our concern over the amount of dust on ceiling fans and on carpeting which caused several of us to become congested and even having to sleep on the couch because the one room was the worst. We ended up having to clear the fan and dust in the room ourselves to get a decent night sleep. There were also no batteries in the remotes which we had to purchase and some lamps had no light bulbs. One bedroom had no A/C which made it uncomfortable to sleep in as well. We relayed photos to owner/representative asking for some kind of compensation for our stay. They offered 10% off a future stay however we aren't inclined to go back as a result. After about 4 emails since departing requesting some compensation there has been no reply. It is very sad and unfortunate that once they received our money, concern for our satisfaction quickly became unimportant. We hope they address the lack of cleanliness for future tenants as it really did put a damper on our trip which was celebrating a family wedding. Thank you-
