The master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen all share this incredible oceanfront view. In addition to the ocean, 417 Seascape also has a bird’s eye view of the Seascape swimming pool.
Where mother nature provides a tremendous view, true beauty can be found at 417 Seascape in the interior design. Professionally decorated by one of the best outfits in Charleston, 417 Seascape has been completely renovated. Some of the features of the renovation include:

The property owner is constantly taking the extra steps to ensure their condominium is in excellent condition to make every guest's visit at 417 Seascape unforgettable. Each bedroom offers excellent bedding with a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms feature a private bath that also has been recently upgraded.
Additional Amenities Include:

• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.
Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Summary: The view of the ocean/beach was spectacular and the condo was as advertised. The only complaint was that the pool was under a major overhaul the entire 5 weeks we were there - it diminished our view and at times it was noisy. I asked about it when we first arrived 3/9 and was told it should be open by 4/1. It opened 4/11 and our rental ended 4/12. Looks beautiful now though! We would stay here again.
