Summary: Our experience was overall disappointing and we felt we overpaid for our stay. We stayed for 5 nights in a suite on 5th floor with balcony. We were celebrating our anniversary and from the description on the website we expected this hotel to be quite elegant and luxurious. There was a lot of noise in the evening from the restaurant on the top floor, so much that it disturbed our sleep a few times. There was a strong musty smell in the suite that was very unpleasant and we complained about it plus the noise to reception but staff showed little interest and were not able to move us to another suite or fix the problems in other way. We felt the hotel needs some renovation, furniture is a bit outdated, chairs in the suite very uncomfortable. We felt the breakfast buffet was not up to standard. What we loved during our stay was the roof top restaurant, amazing food and great service.
