Amazing views of city skyline and partial view of Bay. Some refreshment provided (e.g. coffee). 2-car (depends on size) parking available (free), on-site laundry facilities, full kitchen, and entertainment gadgets (e.g. HD TV, iPad, wifi, netflix, board games, and Massage Chair!).
4 bedrooms: upstairs master (Queen, ensuite bathroom), upstairs 2nd bedroom (Queen), upstairs 3rd bedroom (2 twins), downstairs bedroom (King, ensuite bathroom). Full size sofa bed or airbed in family room. Additional sofas and/or airbed in living room (if needed).
Full and exclusive guest access to Kitchen, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Dining room, Living room, Family room, and room on entry-level floor and 2nd floor (the original full house, see note below).
Communication:
Host very responsive via cell/text. Co-host also available to help when host is traveling。
Hosts will provide guests with an electronic doc "house manual" with information about the house and neighborhood a few days before arrival. Please message us if you have not received the file or the link to the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)-doc within 2-3 days of your arrival date.

Nearby to 101 and 280 Fwys and muni line 8/8ax/9 (3 blocks) stops to downtown SF and other destinations. Plenty of Uber, Lyft and taxi options.
Upper hill, quiet neighborhood in Portola District. Several fast food and other restaurants and stores on San Bruno Avenue, (2 min drive, 10 min walk distance, steep hill). 3 Blocks from second best and second largest public park in San Francisco (MacLaren Park). 3 minute drive to freeways (101 and 280). 10 minutes drive to coastline/beach and Bay, tourist area, city center, and financial district. 15 min drive to the airport.
Parking:
Up to 1-2 cars* can be parked on site, depending on size.
*[Effectively a total of 3 spaces are available: 2 on driveway or inside of garage and 1 more parallel to the street in front of garage (blocking the left-side of driveway /garage). The right side of driveway/garage is reserved for owner's car. More parking available downhill.
Sweep day is Friday noon-3pm; SF City is very efficient at giving tickets to any cars parked on the street (driveway is safe, unless car extends out into street, please be advised).
Clean:
1) We hire a professional crew for our cleaning our house between guests. In addition to the regular process, we have adopted the following cleaning and disinfection procedures:
b) Masks and gloves will be required of all members of the cleaning crew and hosts (us) while servicing our property.
c) Enhanced cleaning (wiping down) of kitchen (e.g. appliances, handles), living/dining room furniture, bedroom/closet (e.g. handles), bathrooms, and entrances with disinfectant spray or wipes will be in effect.
d) Hand sanitizer and other antiseptic products will be provided for guests.

NOTE:
the full house includes the 4bd and 3 baths on 2 floors (entry-level floor and upper floor) in the description above. The basement floor is NOT part of the original full house (added in 2020, occupied by owner^) described above and not available to or accessible by guests.
Laundry room and garage are shared (w/ Owner).
