The Space:
Arriving at this property you will instantly feel its sense of space and seclusion. Completely surrounded by greenery, it offers a peaceful hideaway, yet with the vibrancy of the Central Coast just a short drive away. Set across one level, it features floor-to-ceiling windows, enhancing the views and filling the property with beautiful natural light.
Choose from multiple dining areas inside and out, while cooking up a feast in the full kitchen. It comes well equipped with high-quality appliances and a central island to prepare meals. An indoor fireplace keeps things cosy during winter, while ceiling fans throughout ensures you’ll stay cool during summer. Get the group together for a game of billiards or make a splash outside in the two-level, lagoon pool. Then, in the evening, spread out on the lounges with movie nights on the TV.
Sleep easy in four charming bedrooms. The master encompasses a queen-sized bed, with a walk-in wardrobe and neat ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds and leafy outlooks, while the fourth bedroom contains two single beds, ideal for those travelling with kids. A large main bathroom comes with a bathtub, shower and separate toilet, creating convenience for large groups. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer.

Our outdoor swimming pool may occasionally have leaves drifting down with the wind, which is a natural occurrence beyond our control. This feature adds a touch of nature to your experience, making it ideal for those who appreciate the outdoors.
Getting Around:
This relaxing house situated 7 minutes drive from Berkeley Vale jetties. With birdsong and beautiful lake views where you can enjoy fishing and breezes by the lake, or wine tasting on the deck under the stars.

- Before your arrival, please let us know your best local contact number and arrival time so we could manage the keys for you.
- Please kindly help us to push the red rubbish bin out to the driveway for bin collection on Wednesday evenings and retrieve it on Thursday mornings. The blue and yellow bins are collected every other week, please check which color our neighbours have put out and following suit. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
- Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the house
-No amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted after 9 PM during your stay.
- Please keep clean after cooking, if the oven is cleaned properly, there will be 40AUD charge for extra cleaning fee
- If you use the outdoor BBQ, please ensure it is cleaned before you leave, Failure to do so will result in an extra 60AUD cleaning fee.
- When you leaving the house, please turn off all lights, heaters and fans.
