Only 7 miles to Disney and 20 miles to Universal & SeaWorld. Less than 90 minutes to the beach for a day trip. New kitchen appliances (with air fryer) and everything you need to cook dinner for the entire family including a crockpot for while you out for the day. Summary: Family of 4 adults, stayed 10 nights in this beautiful, clean, comfy 4BR home set in a well kept quiet gated community, intersection of 192 and 27, make U turn at Macdonald’s. Beds comfy plenty of hot water, good Wi-Fi, hard floors ground level, carpeted on second level where bedrooms are. TV’s in all the BR, plus garage/game room and large one in nice living room. Full kitchen with cookware. Walmart and Publix close by.Separate laundry room, game room has pool table convert to ping pong, foos ball and darts. Small gym at clubhouse very friendly/helpful staff.Clean pool and hot tub, get pool heat in winter, works very well.Fun Irish Pub next door, karaoke T&F. British Pubs down the road. MCO 50 minutes; check GPS for the congestion. 20-30mins. Disney, 40-50min. Universal; 1 1/2 hours Cocoa Beach.Easy communication with owners. Great stay.
