The expansive interior features a single-level design boasting strong natural lighting, vaulted ceilings and stylish, updated furniture. A bright foyer welcomes guests into the main living area. Immediately to the left, a spacious home office offers a perfect spot to catch up on work or for some quiet study. To the right, a formal dining room is equipped with seating for six. The breezy, sunken living room features expansive sectional sofa seating, a wet bar and mini fridge, and a large, flatscreen smart TV mounted above a decorative hearth. Sliding glass doors lead to the pool deck. The island kitchen is equipped with an impressive array of full-size appliances and utensils to handle group and family-style meals. A pass-through window opens the kitchen up to the living room. Past the kitchen, you will find a shared half-bath in the hall, the laundry room, and the primary suite.
