Heat pumps throughout for AC and a whole home generator. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on the lower floor. The lower floor also has a large game room with air hockey and ping pong tables. It's only 2 miles from Naples Causeway with plenty of restaurants and bars. The famous Songo River Queen with scenic cruises, special entertainment cruises and private party cruises. There are several shops that rent kayaks, paddle boards and jet skis. There are several marinas for boat rentals with various sizes and types of boats to rent. Also, there is Naples Seaplane Adventure you can take a scenic ride or learn how to fly a seaplane. You have LL Bean in Freeport Maine, it's only about 40 miles away with plenty of shops and restaurants. Approximately 35 miles away in Portland is the Old Port area with incredible restaurants, bars, and shops. Or maybe if you like to head to North Conway area and climb Mt.
