● Location: It’s a single house, brand new property.
● Parking: The islands can accommodate up to six vehicles. Two parking spots are available in the garage, and there is also driveway parking in front of the garage. Street parking is also available.
● Backyard: The backyard is fully fenced.
● Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. To adjust the temperature, please contact the host. The set up is at 68 degrees in the summer or 72 degrees in the winter.
● Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
There is two laundry areas.
All windows have blind and curtains. We just rolled them up for the pictures.
Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
We do not offer streaming services or cable TV. We provide the television, so please feel free to log in to your own streaming service account, and remember to log out when you check out.
We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notice during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We follow a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some inspects, please find the spray bottle under the sink.
Weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.
**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

-Please add your pet in the reservation (We just allow Dog only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person, the 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check in at 2pm or late check out at 1pm is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00am (unless late check out has been approved), you will be charged a late check out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.
**Hot Tub Usage Rules:**
Welcome to our Airbnb! We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, so please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following rules regarding the use of the hot tub:
1. Maximum Occupancy:
- The hot tub is designed for a maximum of 6 people. Please do not exceed this limit for safety reasons.
2. . Shower Before Use:
- Prior to using the hot tub, we request that you take a quick shower to rinse off any lotions, oils, or substances that may affect the water quality. Please do not bring any oil, lotion, or any chemical or product to the hot tub.
3. No Glass or Food:
- For safety and cleanliness, please do not bring glass containers or food into the hot tub area.
4.. Temperature Guidelines:
- The hot tub temperature is set for your comfort. Please do not adjust the temperature settings, as extreme temperatures can be uncomfortable or unsafe.( More than 102 degree)
5. Supervision of Children:
- Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult while using the hot tub.
6. No Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the hot tub area. Please use designated smoking areas.
7. Cover Usage:
- When not in use, please securely replace the hot tub cover to conserve energy and maintain cleanliness.
8. Report Issues Promptly:
- If you encounter any issues with the hot tub, such as malfunctioning equipment or water quality concerns, please report them to us immediately.
9. Liability Disclaimer:
- By using the hot tub, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
10. Compliance with Local Regulations:
- Please adhere to any local regulations or guidelines regarding hot tub usage.
11. Check-out Instructions:
- When checking out, please clean out the area and put the cover back and lock the room when you don't use it.
Kindly be aware that the hot tub is an optional amenity for this property, and a separate fee applies for its use. In the event that the hot tub is unavailable or undergoing maintenance during your desired time of use, a refund will be provided for the hot tub fee only. It's important to note that this amenity is additional and does not impact your overall reservation for the property
