This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom single family home (built 2013) with upgrades throughout has modern furnishings and is located in the private, serene, yet convenient community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. The community is east of Route 1, within biking distance to the beach and boardwalk (approximately 1.5 miles), with resort-like living including 2 community pools, 2 clubhouses with fitness equipment, tennis court, basketball, and a playset.
The house has a spacious hallway which leads to the great room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, flat screen TV, and connecting luxury kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar with 2 barstools. There is a dining table in the great room that seats 8. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 bedroom on the second floor, and 1 bedroom on the basement level. The Master bedroom with king bed, located on the main floor has a sitting room with flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower that has a built in bench, separate tub, and 2 vanities. There are queen beds in the other 2 rooms on the main floor, 2 twin beds with TV in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen bed with bunk beds in the basement bedroom. The additional 3 bathrooms are located 1 on each level, all bathrooms have beautiful large ceramic tile with decorative accents.
There is a separate dining room, with round table that seats 6.
Fun awaits for the whole family in the spacious Recreation Room downstairs in the walk-out basement, which has full-size individual ping-pong, pool, and air hockey tables. There is a sectional sofa and TV with Sony Playstation that can also play DVDs.
All rooms have ceiling fans, including the screened porch off the great room where guests can lounge and enjoy the summer breeze.
Wifi is included. Pillows and blankets are provided for all beds. Bring own sheets, pillowcases, and towels or arrange for linen rental at additional cost.

Summary: The house worked very well for our family. There was lots of space and a huge rec room for play. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated having a high chair and the bathroom stools for the kids.
