This one acre estate is located in one of Kona's most desirable neighborhoods, four miles north of Kona village, at 900 ft elevation where the days are 10 degrees cooler than the coast and the humidity is far more comfortable than by the ocean.. You can open your windows all year long and enjoy the breezes. You'll love the spaciousness of the 1 acre lot with no neighbors in sight.
Your accommodations are in the Private Ohana (guest suite) which is attached to the main house but is self-contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and parking space.
