As noted in our booking description page and custom rules section of our property we heavily highlight parties / events are NOT allowed under any circumstances EVER! The property you have rented is a registered short-term rental with the City of Scottsdale. We would like to remind you there are very strict policies in place to ensure that guests do not attempt to book our property and host a party, event, dj’s, weddings, etc of any sort. It is against our policy, VRBO’s policy, and the City of Scottsdale. We do not allow anyone on site other than the guests noted in this reservation.
The city of Scottsdale has several laws in place for all short term rentals city wide. The most recent updated occurred 1/2022 stating if the police is called by neighbors or anyone offended, there will be a citation and fee to the owner. We will implement our full eviction policy immediately for any guest violating such rules and impose a fee of $1500.
Do not attempt to violate our policies. We have security patrolling hourly to ensure there is no noise disturbance, parking violations (zero street parking allowed per VRBO page), nuisance to the community, or any rules broken. If your intensions are to rent any of our properties and attempt to host any sort of gathering with the thought we will not find out I assure you WE WILL and you will be evicted immediately.
Our objective is to host like minded guests and who respect the property, our beautiful community and neighbors that follow all rules by the host, VRBO and the City of Scottsdale.
If your needs exceed these criteria’s we advise you to cancel your reservation immediately and book elsewhere.
