House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please observe the following house rules:
• No parties or events
• No smoking allowed
• No pets allowed. Violators will be required to leave and charged a $250 fee
• Dispose of all trash in the MPOA dumpster (4007 Peak Drive). A $25 fee will be charged for any trash left behind
• Maximum of 6 vehicles on the driveway; no parking other than on the driveway
• No open fires, either inside or outside
• Please remove shoes upon entry
Security:
• There is a doorbell camera at the front and back doors

• A rental agreement is required for all rentals
Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA)
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.
NOISE
- Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time.
- Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. Please confine noise-making devices and activities indoors during these hours.
PARKING
- All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
- Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots.
- Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
- If you cannot park all your vehicles on our property, overflow parking is available at the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval, they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.
ALCOHOL
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
PETS
We are a no pet house. Per the community rules, pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside of the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property. (All trash must be taken to the community dumpster at 4007 Peak Drive).
