Located in the heart of Ontario's four season playground, Snow White is just 5 minutes away from downtown Collingwood, Osler Ski Club, Blue Mountain and only 2 minutes from the Scandave Spa! Enjoy perusing the small shops of main street in Collingwood (Hurontario Street), walk or bike on the Georgian Trails along Georgian Bay. Be sure to save a day for embarking on a hike through the Scenic Caves Nature Adventures in the summer, that is, if you can bring yourself to leave the chalet!
PROPERTY
SNOW WHITE - Arrive via the cobblestone driveway to a beautiful eggshell blue exterior chalet with black accents. A front veranda with black benches provide a warm welcome to the chalet. To the right of the driveway a small basketball court can be found, with a live stream flowing behind. On the left side of the driveway, a gate provides access to the backyard oasis. A vacant wooded lot beside provides coveted backyard privacy! Rock stairs outlined with beautiful gardens descend down to the hot tub that is located just off the lower level Rec room. Above, a well equipped deck featuring a BBQ, dining for 4 and a bistro set provide ample seating to enjoy a hot lunch or afternoon drink. Down a few stairs, 2 loungers invite you to bask in the all-day-sun beside the heated saltwater pool. Additionally 2 Muskoka chairs with a table offer another location to enjoy the view. Finally, a gazebo with even more seating offers a shady escape from the noon day sun, where you can enjoy the warm breeze.
