A lovely holiday home with a perfect location in Skummeslövstrand. A spacious plot with a green area as a neighbor and walking distance to the beach. A large, bright and modern house that has everything you could wish for. A perfect accommodation for a large family or friends who want to holiday together. The house has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There are three bedrooms. A large one with a double bed and exit to the balcony. The two smaller bedrooms have two bunk beds and a bunk bed and a single bed respectively. The heart of the house is a very generous living room. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a large dining table, Smart-TV and two fireplaces. The room is bathed in light and here you can open up in several places to a large balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture and sun loungers. On the lawn facing the green area, there is room for all the family's activities. The nice beach is within easy reach. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. Skummeslövstrand's summer center is a convenient distance away. There is also a heated outdoor pool here. To the north is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area here. There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. There are also several lovely hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups.
