12 minutes from downtown Denver this rustic Colorado home with a Pool, Hot tub & 90's themed lower level is sure to make your visit unique and fun with tons of photo friendly areas making this space extremely family friendly.
With easy access to I-25, this 4 bedroom 2 bath home boasts lighting fast gigabit internet, a vast amount of parking, fire pit, corn hole, beer pong, connect 4 & 2 full kitchens.
Two full living rooms and kitchens with a 10 person outdoor table with heaters to enjoy a family meal anytime. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, a full bed, a twin & a couch with a pull out queen. All beds have memory foam mattresses so you'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud.
We also have a 7 person hot tub for you to enjoy with your guests!
Vehicle is recommended for getting around. Ubers and Lyfts are typically less than 5 minutes away. Plenty of parking for your entire group in the driveway or on street.
I'm available for you during your stay but the level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. If you need anything during your visit I can be contacted via phone or airbnb with wicked fast response times.
Quiet & safe neighborhood located 30 minutes from the mountains, 13 minutes from downtown.
A vehicle or uber ride is the best way to navigate from this property. Ubers & Lyfts are abundant in this area and we have plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street.
2nd bathroom is located inside the downstairs bedroom.
There is a ring doorbell on the front and the back entrances and we provide an alexa.
