During your stay you will have private access to our entire home, the back patio, and the fully enclosed backyard.
PET POLICY:
We allow a maximum of two dogs under 50bs.
Our standard pet fee is $100.
Please advise us if you will be bringing your dogs.
Owners must clean up after their pet's waste.
Pets must not be left alone in our house unless they are crated.
All pets must be kept off of the beds, chairs, and sofas.
Special exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis with approval from the owners.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through an industry leading insurance provider, Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our vacation rentals with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be asked to authorize a damage protection deposit for up to $500 via our insurance provider Superhog in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small service fee of $10.

Summary: We were snowed in during our stay. The park and large median across the street provided great outdoor recreation without needing to drive. The place had a great layout to accommodate three couples and two dogs. We really enjoyed our stay at this location.
