Summary: Clean. Orderly. Well equipped. No difficulties with access. Helpful owner. Fantastic location. Vatican 3 blocks. Farmers market next door. Lots of grocery stores. Great coffee in the Farmers market and coffee shops nearby (Love). Two subway stops close.
