Get away from it all in this 3 bedroom townhouse. Located less than 3 miles from Bethany Beach and 15 minutes from Ocean City. Perfect for a family or couples getaway. Enjoy the community pool and tennis courts, or explore all of the amazing restaurants in the area. This property comfortably sleeps 6. All three bathrooms were redone. Off seasons prices available message with questions.
There are two parking spots for the unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Wifi and smart tv, ready for you to stream any service.
There is a $160 cleaning fee.
Sheets and towels can be included for a $120 charge. If you want sheets and towels to be supplied please message me when you are booking. It includes a fitted and flat sheet for all four beds. Along with pillow covers. Six bath towels, three hand towels and three wash cloths.
Two dogs allowed, owner is required to notify if bringing a dog. There is an extra pet fee of $60.
Minimum age of renter is 25.
