Le bourg d'Ault (ch'bourqu'éd'Eut, en picard) possède une situation géographique exceptionnelle. Aux confins des falaises de la Côte d'Albâtre normande, avec sa valleuse protégée du Bois de Cise, véritable écrin de verdure dominant la Manche, c'est à Onival, avec sa plage de sable à marée basse que commence, avec la Côte d'opale, le Hâble d'Ault et, en vérité, l'ancienne Baie de Somme.

Villa spacieuse de 120m2 située dans les hauteurs de AULT avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, le château du Moulinet, l'ancien Moulin, le beffroi de l'église et le village.
Vous profiterez d'agréables moments en famille ou entre amis grâce à son séjour spacieux ouvert sur la terrasse et le jardin.
Vous disposez d'une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le séjour et de trois chambres dont une au rez-de-chaussée avec deux lits simples, les deux autres sont à l'étage: la première dispose d'un lit 160 et d'une belle vue mer, la seconde d'un lit 140.
La Villa Hortense est une maison de famille où vous vous sentirez comme chez vous avec (ou sans) enfants.
Les falaises sont au bout de la rue ainsi que le sentier de randonnée (Ault - Bois de Cise - Mers les Bains)
Le centre-ville et la plage du Bourg d'Ault (baignade et pêche) sont à quelques pas (moins de 5 minutes à pieds).

Les clés de l'appartement sont disponibles à partir de 16h00 à l'agence AMARYM Immobilier qui se situe sur la commune de AULT.
Au delà de 18h00 nous déposerons les clés dans un coffre sécurisé vous permettant d'arriver à l'heure qui vous convient.
