Summary: One of the windows had popped.out of the frame and hence the room was not safe. Nobody told me the reception is in another building and fortunatly there was a girl came out of the building and she showed me that the reception is in another building about 100m from the accomodation. The communicatiin should have been better. The floor number is not in the card. Better to pht a notice on the entry door mentioning that the reception is 100m away as then everyone cone there know where to pick up the key.
